Staff records, salaries and the company's books are some of the most sensitive data a business holds. Keelsum is installed on the company's own server, so none of it sits on a shared platform.

Every kind of user gets only the access their role needs, sign-in is protected with two-factor and passkeys, unusual sign-ins raise an alert, and a full audit log shows who changed what, and when. Backups run every day.
