Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Jonavix Technologies collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
This website is run by Jonavix Technologies (“Jonavix”, “we”, “us”). If you have any question about this policy or your information, email hello@jonavix.com.
What we collect
When you send us a project brief (the “Start a project” form), we collect what you choose to give us: your name, work email, company, the details of your project, any link you add, and any files or voice note you attach.
When you browse the site, we collect anonymous usage statistics, such as which pages are visited and which buttons are used, through Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To read and reply to your project brief, prepare a proposal and arrange a call if you ask for one.
- To send you a copy of your brief by email.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful, and to keep it secure and working.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing newsletters.
Information stored in your browser
If you start a project brief and leave before sending it, your answers are saved in your own browser (local storage) so you can pick up where you left off. This never leaves your device until you press Send, and it is removed once the brief is sent. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data. The site also remembers, for the current visit only, that you have already seen the opening animation. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Services that help us run the site
We share information only with the services needed to provide this website:
- Vercel hosts the website and provides the anonymous analytics.
- Resend delivers the emails for project briefs.
- DuckDuckGo: when you type a work email into the brief form, the site shows your company's logo by requesting it from DuckDuckGo's icon service. Only the email's domain (for example “yourcompany.com”) is sent, never your full address.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, when enabled, checks that form submissions come from a person and not a bot.
- Cal.com, when you choose to book a call, handles the booking under its own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp, when you choose to message us there, handles that conversation under its own privacy policy.
Some case studies let you open a client's live website inside this page (“Try it live”). That website is loaded from the client's own server and is covered by their privacy policy, not this one.
How long we keep it
We keep project briefs and the emails about them for as long as we are discussing or working on your project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email hello@jonavix.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to briefs and the email inbox is limited to the people at Jonavix who need it to respond to you.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
